Why this page exists
We believe in full transparency. doitinmorocco is a free platform — we don't charge users for our content, recommendations, or guidance. So how do we keep the lights on? Through affiliate partnerships with trusted travel and services brands. This page explains exactly how it works and how it does NOT affect what you pay.
How affiliate links work
Many links on doitinmorocco are 'affiliate links'. When you click on a recommendation (e.g., a Booking.com hotel, an Airalo eSIM, a GetYourGuide activity) and complete a purchase, doitinmorocco receives a small commission from the partner. This commission is paid by the partner, NOT by you. The price you pay is exactly the same as if you went directly to the partner's website.
Does it cost you anything?
No. Absolutely nothing. The price you see on Booking.com, GetYourGuide, Airalo, etc., is the price you pay — affiliate link or not. The partner pays us a commission from their marketing budget for sending qualified visitors. It's a win-win: you get genuine recommendations, partners get customers, and we keep our platform free.
Our editorial commitment
Affiliate revenue does NOT influence our recommendations. We only recommend partners and services we genuinely trust based on: - Real reviews and ratings - Coverage in Morocco specifically - Customer service quality - Pricing fairness If a partner doesn't meet our standards, we don't promote them — regardless of commission.
Our main partners
Current affiliate partners include: - Booking.com (hotels, riads, accommodations) - GetYourGuide (tours, activities, experiences) - Viator (alternative activity bookings) - Airalo (eSIM connectivity) - DiscoverCars / Rentalcars.com (car rental) - Heymondo / SafetyWing (travel insurance) We also receive leads commissions from independent Moroccan service providers (lawyers, real estate agencies, universities, etc.) when we successfully match you with them — these are clearly labeled as lead-matched services.
